Refund policy
As a beverage product, we do not accept returns or exchange or replacement requests once your order is processed and further delivered to you. We do not offer any reverse pick-ups either.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect or with few items missing, email us at hola@drinkdonchico.com with pictures of the product within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll assist you right away with a refund or replacement.
For approved refunds, the amount will be credited directly to your original payment method and may take 7 working days to reflect in your account. If you have paid by cash on delivery (COD), we may request your bank details or Paytm/PhonePe/Other UPI Apps number for quicker processing.
Please note, we are unable to process returns or refunds in the following cases:
- Delays due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
- The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery
- The recipient refuses to accept the delivery
- The product is tampered with or damaged after delivery
- For subjective reasons such as not liking the taste, flavour of the product etc.
